Very comfortable

Liked: Nice room, very comfortable beds and sheets. Good heating. Easy check in procedure, easy to locate from the train station and to get around.
Disliked: Gym was a little basic - but went out for a run instead which was great.

Liked: Great location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The mini bar display is a bit confusing. Would be better to mark the complimentary water bottles.

Ticked all the boxes

Liked: This hotel ticked all the boxes: heating I could actually control, extreme comfort, friendly staff, an excellent on-site restaurant, and a central location.
Disliked: I didn't identify any negative points on this trip.

Very nice room in a...

Liked: Nice big room and en suite bathroom, good amenities
Disliked: Staff were a bit rude on arrival. We were 45 minutes before check in and were asked to go away for an hour and the room would be ready. On returning an hour later we were told without apology that there was no water in the rooms and so not to use the shower or toilet for the next hour.
