Liked: We love the hot spring and heated pool. It's why we book the winter months every year! Having the staff reach out and show they paid attention to details when we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary really helped us feel special! The room upgrade, the complimentary bottle of wine, and a simple rose elevated our experience immensely. Thank you to all the staff at Pillar and post!
Disliked: Only comment was the buffet breakfast was under whelming for the price we paid. Everything was barely warm and bland. If food could be hotter and more variety i feel guests would be happier. After eating the amazing dinner at the Canary Restaurant the night before and having our socks knocked off to a mediocre breakfast was disappointing.
