Liked: The location of this hotel is super central and all essentials such as towels and bodywash was provided. There is a continental breakfast and the WiFi signal was strong throughout the property.
Disliked: The bathroom situation was not the best. The specific room I stayed in had sloping ceilings, which meant that I could not stand up whilst using the bath to shower. Moreover, the bathroom is very cramped and certain sections of the bathroom floor seem to have caved in/was uneven. Furthermore, the water temperature fluctuated wildly, meaning that the water would turn boiling hot without warning mid-shower.

Liked: We had a lovely room, the hotel is in an excellent location to explore Canterbury. The ladies at reception and in the Bar were all really helpful and friendly and we has a superb breakfast in the morning.

Exceptional

Liked: It's location, it was cheap especially for the area and most importantly of all it was clean and welcoming.
Disliked: Honestly can't think of a single thing

Disliked: Breakfast was a shambles no staff and toaster caught fire

Liked: The Pilgrims is an excellent hotel. And it is only a 5-minute walk from Canterbury Cathedral.
