Liked: That there was enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The only suggestion is that you could leave 2 bottles of water in the room. The beding was clean & room space is ideal for a day or 2. The staff are lovely.
Disliked: The space between the bath & toilet is very small. Other than that it was great. Thank you.

Nice hotel but let down...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming. We'll placed for the theatre.
Disliked: We stayed in the Paris room. It was very cold. We asked if it was possible to have a heater for the room. The guy on reception said he would find something but clearly didn't bother. There was no heating at all in the room in the morning. This was a shame as we were happy with the hotel and facilities apart from this.
