Lovely stay with friendly staff
Liked: Great rooms in the penthouse, friendly staff, lovely food at both supper and breakfast. Lovely views too

Welcoming overnight stay
Liked: Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room lovely and warm when I got back from a long day at a wedding nearby. Was so glad of a lovely bath in a very warm bathroom. I'm getting on a bit, so this was most welcome , as was their willingness to accept my case and issue my room key before I went to the event.
Disliked: I had hoped for more than one option as a cooked breakfast. As I had the buffet, it would have been nice to have fresh fruit available. I didn't see any.

Liked: I was working at the venue the next day so did not have far to travel.
Disliked: Took me a minute to find the heating. The room was a little chilly on my arrival.

Cold house and unhelpful hosts
Liked: It was clean, breakfast was provided, and it was close to the university where I was working.
Disliked: It was difficult to get into the property - the instructions were unclear and when I opened the lockbox there was no key in there for me. Luckily, someone else was staying at the property who let me in when I explained the situation. I tried calling the host and the housekeeper and got no response. Very poor customer service and the property was freezing. There was no heating on despite there being ice and snow on the ground, and it was -9C outside. It was so cold at the property that I had to sleep fully clothed and in a hat. I would not stay here again.
