Disliked: Property a bit dated and have better value for the money.

Wouldn’t go back, over priced...

Liked: Location was good and parking was available but I arrived late so didn’t see the rest of the hotel just the reception and the room
Disliked: Room was decorated in a 1972 vib it was clean but very basic. The noise from the room above was horrendous no sound dampening at all. To add to this the noise from the bathroom plumbing was loud and it sounded like you were topping up a boiler and this went on all night. Did mention this to reception but still had to pay full price

Terrible stay and murder mystery...

Disliked: Cannot sleep here the walls and ceilings are paper thin, was awake at 5:45 to thuds above could hear everything from running a bath to talking, jumping and children crying, I went to reception I was so tired and exhausted this was meant to be a relaxing break for my husbands 40th, left feeling more tired than when I arrived. The hotel is so dated, small and boring, no atmosphere whatsoever, we did a murder mystery night it was terrible, the room for the event was smaller than a bathroom, nothing like the murder mystery’s iv ever been to before it was shocking, the main character was reading off a script the whole thing was a shambles! On departure the receptionist said she was taking £30 off my bar tab, when I asked for my bill she said it doesn’t have what you had mind just the amount, quickly changed her mind gave me it and in fact she had took off £5 from my bill and said you had breakfast to, I’m sure my booking was breakfast included, I didn’t argue just wanted to leave! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the murder mystery it’s all terrible!

Disliked: Food was expensive, some noise from water pipes in walls from other rooms.
