Liked: The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. There wasn't much choice in the buffet just yogurts or cereal.. it felt a bit disorganised.

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious, waiting staff were really lovely.
Disliked: We came in the back entrance in the dark and there weren't many signs :)

Lovely stay with friendly staff

Liked: Great rooms in the penthouse, friendly staff, lovely food at both supper and breakfast. Lovely views too

Welcoming overnight stay

Liked: Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room lovely and warm when I got back from a long day at a wedding nearby. Was so glad of a lovely bath in a very warm bathroom. I'm getting on a bit, so this was most welcome , as was their willingness to accept my case and issue my room key before I went to the event.
Disliked: I had hoped for more than one option as a cooked breakfast. As I had the buffet, it would have been nice to have fresh fruit available. I didn't see any.
