Very poor

Liked: Location and ease of check in.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned prior to our check-in with moths, flies, and human hair balls on the ground. Floor was very dirty and not mopped. The TV only has one channel. The shower has fancy soap dispensers but was not filled. Zero communication from the staff after trying to get ahold of them. The front desk does not exist, and the door is left unlocked and open. We stayed here once before a year ago with a pleasant stay but I will avoid after this last trip. Cleary they're just putting lipstick on a pig with the remodel.

Liked: Great location walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs
Disliked: Tv was stuck on one channel and when I texted the staff, which was the way they communicated with me. I got no response back at all. Place was fine and it wasn't a big deal but the lack of anyway to contact staff could have been a huge problem if it was something important

Nice location but the lack...

Liked: Nice rooms and great location.
Disliked: The floor in my room was very dirty and it needed sweeping bad. I picked up three dead flys on the floor and the socks that I wore turned black from walking on the floor. There was no office or in person staff, no amenities and no ice. I expected much more for my $248 room. They were undergoing construction work on units below me so it was noisy during the day.

Liked: There was no breakfast or any meals available there. We had to go out to eat.They were renovating therefore we did not get the room we booked nor any room on the first floor.The staff was very friendly and accommodate us with what they could.We have stayed there many times before and will return. Hopefully they will be done with the renovating.

Liked: Nothing with Booking.com
Disliked: We arrived and the Pikes Peak Inn was closed under construction. How does this happen we had no place to stay ruined the complete vacation. I would think if booking.com is a quality company it would pay for the motel we had to get. The cost was 506.30 and wasn't down town.

Great vale and location

Liked: They don’t offer breakfast but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want breakfast.Location is great it’s a five minute walk to town. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Liked: We love the Pike's peak Inn! Whenever we need a break from the hustle and bustle of working in Cripple Creek we always come here to stay

Liked: My party did not end up staying in this hotel.
Disliked: This was not the jacuzzi tub room I booked. And on top of that, the room door wouldn't close or lock so I had to stay at another hotel. And I have not gotten a refund.
