Exceptional

Liked: The location was great and the units were modern, minimalist, and clean. Nice shower.
Disliked: Important to know that the check in process is all online. There is no staff attending the building. So you need an internet connection and a phone number to call if you need any kind of assistance. You need to set everything up before you get there digitally in order to access the room.

Disliked: Only concern it’s the toilet it’s too Little and the toilet paper dispensen it’s too close to the toilet

Sucks!

Disliked: We searched Bookings.com for a place to stay that would allow our little dog. It apparently was missed when we paid for our night’s stay. I didn’t analyze the bill. The manager spotted our dog upon check out and said, oh, you have a dog. I’ll have to charge you. Never advising of the amount or getting my approval, charged my credit card $75 for a one night stay of a little 17 pound dog who has the type of fur that doesn’t shed. $61 for two people. $75 for a small dog. There’s a problem there.

Liked: Pikes Peak was absolutely amazing and Aaron the general manager was so accommodating. I highly recommend this super clean, spacious, newly renovated property. We loved our stay and definitely will be back.

Liked: The property is clean, comfortable and in walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. We have stayed at this location for decades and the new Ownership/Management was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The renovations are beautiful!!! Can’t wait to stay there again!!!
Disliked: Absolutely no complaints here!!

Very poor

Liked: Location and ease of check in.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned prior to our check-in with moths, flies, and human hair balls on the ground. Floor was very dirty and not mopped. The TV only has one channel. The shower has fancy soap dispensers but was not filled. Zero communication from the staff after trying to get ahold of them. The front desk does not exist, and the door is left unlocked and open. We stayed here once before a year ago with a pleasant stay but I will avoid after this last trip. Cleary they're just putting lipstick on a pig with the remodel.
