The hotel is great and...

Liked: The stay was great, the room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities are great.
Disliked: The food tastes ok but its not extraordinary and is expensive.

Liked: We have been going to this hotel for 30 years now. Wonderful for families. Everything is new, beds, furnishings, Beach furniture,etc. As a consequence to the hurricane
Disliked: After the hurricane Acapulco is struggling to come back but it still has the best weather and the kindest people. This hotel has done a great job coming back.
