Liked: The resort is well kept and staff was polite, long wait at check in but there was a large family in front of us. Think updated 70’s glam.

Liked: We have been going to this hotel for 30 years now. Wonderful for families. Everything is new, beds, furnishings, Beach furniture,etc. As a consequence to the hurricane
Disliked: After the hurricane Acapulco is struggling to come back but it still has the best weather and the kindest people. This hotel has done a great job coming back.

Liked: Perfect romantic gateway. The staff (everyone but especially José, Estephany and Alejandro) was friendly and understanding of our un poquito spanish. The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back.
Disliked: There was a glitch in and our reservation didn't show up in the system because of Booking.com, but the reception handled it quickly and efficiently.
