Amazing
Liked: the staff are so amazing and friendly.I was so spoilt and made to feel very special on my birthday.
Disliked: that we only spent one night

Good
Liked: Location is gorgeous, outside seating lounge area great. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Dirty towel, water bottle not replaced after room service, noise from other customer very early, not much provided in the room but they didn't forget to put lots of options for minibar for us to spend more money, coffee I got from restaurant was low quality and bfast pretty expensive. A/C very old and noisy, shower water pressure very low.

Won’t be coming back
Liked: 1. Service slow as we ordered food outside. Champagne served warm. Not chilled. (We ordered bottles). 2. Food quality has gone down. Especially at breakfast, you are using canned beans… previously cooked with cherry tomatoes and fresh beans. As for room service food (risotto was so bland, we paid.. but could not eat) 3. Room provided had a welcome card for someone else (Rebecca). Not the best room for the rate we have paid. 4. We have been to pier one many times. And I’m not sure what has happened with quality.

Ordinary
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:45pm.Lady said she’d find us. She did not. I went to reception at 5:20pm and she gave me the card, get to our room, see a food tray next to door to show that someone overstayed their welcome, no bag in room. Back to reception, where is our bag? it’s not here, nor in our room and I didn’t pass it on the way. Back to room. Get bag after about 10 mins. Noting that we had a function booked with you for our staff Christmas party for Girri Birrang. Started at 6pm with a 5:30pm arrival. My wife and I would usually come ready if late but we had a big weekend planned of Christmas catch ups. If we were going to a wedding it would have been very bad.Service at start of function was terrible also. Had to argue to get the right beer for our staff.Abby and I stayed at your motel in April 2010 after our we ending for 2 nights before our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with the service back then. This trip has given me the intention to not stay again. I appreciate I got a $300 discount on room but that doesn’t affect my decision. I would suggest pulling your socks up. Check in 2pm.
