Liked: Location and extra surprises as it was my birthday.Most staff were helpful.Would definately recommend to family and friends.
Disliked: Bags werent delivered to room. Went looking for them about 10pm. We were told by bar staff at 9.30pm that we could only get food via room service. Our phone didnt work to call room service so hubby had to go out to concierge to order dinner. They allowed him to order there so not sure why bar couldnt do the same.Not big hassles but hope they will appreciate the feedback.
