Disliked: Our room keys didn’t work & had to exchage a few times. We even asked their staffs to open for us 2 times.

Liked: The location is great and staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean enough.
Disliked: The hall and room reeked of cigarette smoke. It's an old hotel - or building and it had old fixtures. I paid way too much for a stay in a hotel that was worth much less.

Liked: The room was large and few minutes walk from the beach
Disliked: I paid the full price to get the Blocony room with the beach view ,called twice to confirm but when I arrived the room had a construction view with min beach view,they charged me more to upgrade the room,additionally I saw cricket in the bathroom They should at least upgrade the room for free to make it fair By the way this is my second visit,the first one was good but this visit experience was awful

Liked: The location was perfect and close to everything. Beautiful view from our room of Clearwater Beach. Staff was very nice as well. Look forward to returning for another visit
