SPECTACULAR stay!

Liked: Easy access to the beach. Close yo everything. Beautiful water view. Staff was super pleasant. Cleaning staff was SPECTACULAR
Disliked: The beds were a little hard. Great pillows. Nice comforter.

Liked: Room location and view was fantastic.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable, could use a replacement for sure. TV would be better placed in the sitting area and the sitting area could use a coffee trable.

Liked: I am furious at the lack of help and service. I would never refer this hotel because they work closely with booking.com.
Disliked: Pier 60 and booking .com work together to take your money. If you cancel be sure you can with both booking .com and hotel. Although the phone tells you to only go through hotel. They have not updated you and you will pay still. This was the worst experience As it is not over. Both bookingAnd hotel will not allow you to speak to anyone higher for help. This is a scam. I’m sure as long as you didn’t cancel it may go well after hurricane damaged area.

Clearwater Beach

Liked: The location and views were amazing.. staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: A resort fee was charged to park, for a continental breakfast , the pool which was not in use, and the rooftop bar which you still paid as you normally would. Room was nice, but thermostat was not working and room was cold. Door to bathroom was peeling up on bottom of the door. Shower had no pressure and was literally was dripping until you put it towards the cold and even then was not very good.

Disliked: Only issue that couldn’t be helped was the damage that hurricane Helene and Milton did so we didn’t have a pool to use, but I’ve been there before. Damage was not only to the facility, but to the area of Clearwater
