We had a balcony water view room (go for that, you'll be glad you did - price is not too bad for water view w/ balcony) - liked it very much. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the concert at the Baltimore Soundstage. I would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Great location; cute retro decor; friendly front desk staff; good security; clean; two great restaurants connected.
Disliked: None, really. My husband somehow expected a free breakfast in the lobby, but it didn't come with our room deal. I didn't care about that.

Bad

Liked: I love the view and location. The bed was very comfortable but the room can be updated. The rug was really old and night stand needs to be reinstalled. Rm need improvement.

Good. We were happy overall.

Liked: Great location within walking distance of many sights and shopping.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. We only ate once at the hotel. The overall expectation was met but the hotel needs an upgrade. Much of the upholstery is sagging and look is a little worn.

Liked: I liked that the beds were comfortable and the reoom was clean.
Disliked: When I arrived to my room I noticed there was not a coffee maker or a microwave which what was included in the room. I went to the front desk to inquire but the gentleman said he couldn't give me a coffee maker and offered no alternatives. I did not purchase the continental breakfast the next morning but only wanted coffee and they were going to charge me so just being frustrated I resorted to walking down the street to grab a coffee and waffles for my family which was a better deal than purchasing conitinental breakfast for 3 people.

Liked: We have appointments in Baltimore and usually check in around 6pm and we’re out early morning. I find the $30 fee for parking high and fell breakfast should be included. It’s a convenient location, but the lobby and rooms are dark.
