Exceptional

For the time we were...

Liked: Very clean and close to everything.
Disliked: No continental breakfast, even fruit and rolls would be better. Carpet in the room we were in needs to be replaced.

Liked: Very comfortable, a bit outdated but comfy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good!
Disliked: No elevator.

We would stay there again.

Liked: I liked that it was in town, but close to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Park, as well as restaurants and info centers. Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. Everything worked.
Disliked: It’s a minor issue, but no elevator to the second floor. But there are only 3 rooms on the second floor.
