Ho Hum

Liked: My sister and I went to the Dirty Dancing concert and it was a fun show... However, I am handicapped so walking any distance is uncomfortable for me. I drove. There was no real handicapped parking,..no people to carry luggage no one to greet us. It felt like we were walking into an empty arena. The staff at reception were lovely, the security people also very kind and the food was really good but the venues were understaffed which created long lineups .Our room was nice but lacking warmth.(the beds themselves were very comfortable!)The decor was not to my taste...the carpeting tones looked like they were dirty only because the colours in the carpet were muted and a lot of gray. A colorful blanket over the end of the beds would spruce it up...picking out one of the brighter colours in the carpet to brighten things up! We did go into the casino...again a long walk for ANY kind of customer service. I have traveled a fair bit in my 80 years and can honestly say other than the show and the things I rated (food and personnel) I did not enjoy my 'mini Vaca' and would not be inclined to go again. I hope that you might make some changes that would encourage me and others to return.Sincerely, Mrs.W. Patriquin
