Super clean! And friendly staff

Liked: Everything was amazing! The staff were so friendly, the location was close to public transport and the room was so clean and comfortable
Disliked: Maybe the wifi could be a bit better but everything else was perfect

For two star hotel is...

Liked: For two star hotel is ok. Near station and historical centre. Staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: The toilet very old, broken tiles, mould on the walls. For sure needs update. Beds not very comfortable.

Nice hotel in Firenze

Liked: Place was clean, and quiet. We had roor number 9.Which is on the back of the hotel with a view on a nice garden.
Disliked: I don't understand why google maps and trip advisor rating was so low. Maybe because we went end of september and it was less busy ?
