Near tourist attraction

Liked: Near in the tourist attraction. Friendly staff. The property had a common kitchen.
Disliked: Slow wifi connection. Little room for 4 person. Noisy outside. Had only single & queen bed for 4 person.

Poor cost-quality ratio

Liked: Ubication.
Disliked: I understand that accommodation in Florence is expensive, but I think it is an abuse that the hotel does not have employees after 11pm, that you have to check in at another hotel and that they charge a penalty of 20 euros for checking in at 11pm.
