Fantastic location for a birthday...

Liked: A great location by the river and 5 minute walk from the centre of Henley. Lovely communal areas like the lounge and conservatory. Modern pool and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I thought the bedrooms were a little smaller than expected and the bathrooms a bit tired. The shower tray didn’t drain well.

Hotel is to much money...

Liked: We liked it’s location
Disliked: We felt like we were stopping in a very dated care home for the rich room clean over looking a car park with a full skip shower had a seat & there were 2 emergency red cords It felt like we had the”the booking.com”room.breakfast 1st morning fantastic clean tables service & quality etc 2nd morning was exactly the opposite horrendous actually we walked out as we were ignored & treated appalling.

A memorable one night stay...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, as was the dinner the previous night, served by enthusiastic, courteous and helpful staff. Indeed all the staff we encountered were of a high standard, befitting the 'club' environment.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped and tired, in need of a makeover perhaps.

Disliked: No Champagne breakfast available
