Disliked: The room felt a bit outdated and dusty, with inadequate soundproofing.

Looking forward to returning

Liked: Location. Staff. Easy access to Union Station and Metro from DCA (Reagan National). Close to the U.S. Capitol. 24/7 access to hot beverages.

Liked: My daughter and her cousin were over the moon with the friendliness of the staff. Also immediately addressed an issue with the room with no hassle.

Great place to jump off...

Liked: The location of this hotel is across the street from Union Station so you can get anywhere from there by walking 400 feet. The people at the front desk are always amazing! It was surprisingly economical to get a ride share from Reagan Airport.
Disliked: I've stayed here several times and it costs a different amount each time. It was a little spendy this time with congress coming back to town the same time.

Disliked: The Dubliner restaurant food was only very average and v expensive Guinness was poor and also expensive but staff were nice tbf
