Convenient location for solo traveler...

Liked: Loved the location, close to the Union Station Amtrak and Metro station that I used to get from DCA Regan national airport. The Hop on Hop off bus was located there. Wished that there was a coffee maker in my room but the 2nd floor coffee all day was great. Noisy room in the front on the street, they supply earplugs and you need them. If you need silence and dark, you might have a problem. I was ok. Walking distance to a few restaurants. There was an Irish Pub attached to the hotel that was nice to get a beer after lots of walking.

very nice hotel, perfect cost...

Liked: great location, great spot, it has a irish pub also very cool. Near by bicycle rental, easy to walk everywhere. Coffee and tea free.
Disliked: we requested 2 beds and even if we got positive answer when we arrived there was a single bad. The front desk was not very kind and helpful. We simply accepted but it was not ideal. if I knew i would have changed hotel, but then it was too late to react. No information or confirmation after the first answer.

Comfortable & clean rooms, friendly...

Liked: Very convenient location 6 min walk to Union Station, and 10 min walk to the Capitol. The rooms were clean, had all the amenities we needed. The 2nd floor lounge was perfect to get tea/coffee or warm up some to go meals. The staff very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, everything was great!
