A pleasant surprise! Very trendy and fun, creative hotel. Clean, comfortable and affordable - close to Civic Center. Awesome staff. I will definitely be back!

Disliked: The power cords tripped multiple times. Some of the outlets didn’t work and I couldn’t run the heater. The tv was plugged into the same power strip and it would trip any time I ran both. When I arrived it was late and I couldn’t see the entrance as it looked like a restaurant. When I called to confirm I was at the correct place the man on the phone told me “you’re in the parking lot” then hung up. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The employees are the number one reason I like to stay at the Phoenix Hotel. They treat you like a five star guest! I will always visit my friends at the Phoenix hotel whenever I’m passing through the Bay Area!!

Phoenix Hotel was badass!

Liked: We were Immediately welcomed by Orlando who was the best! So friendly and accommodating. Great parking option, with good surveillance for a small fee. With In walking distance of the Bill Graham venue. Courtyard, pool area very cute- comfy lounge vibes. Room was very clean, with comfy beds!Easy entry for guests and yummy complimentary treats in the lobby. Staff was extremely personable, gave great recommendations of the area and made our stay so pleasant! Would definitely stay again! Above and beyond customer service :)
Disliked: A microwave or mini fridge option in the room would have been a nice addition.
