Liked: Lack of shelving in the bathroom. No toilet roll holder or toilet seat cover. No coffee sachets. Lovely warm room clean bed linen and towels .

Pleasant Stay

Liked: Staff who we spoke to,were all very pleasant & welcoming...stayed for two night's & have no complaint's,even before the stay question's were answered so we knew all about how to get there via Bus etc etc the Number,Nothing but good thing's to say about our stay.
Disliked: It's not so much as a complaint or didn't like but i guess as we're both Coffee drinkers,would have been nice to have some Sachet's in the Room,I don't drink Tea (but my partner does,so she was ok) but yeah,that's the only very small thing that we personally would have liked in our room (though,must point out at one point we did ask the young lady who was running the bar if they had coffee & she kindly offered to make us a cup but she looked abit run off her feet dealing with other customers so we declined as we didnt want to give her more to do) but thank you all the same,whoever she was

Exceptional

Excellent, would stay again.

Liked: Stayed for 3 nights, was lovely and clean. Me and my partner couldn’t believe how big the room was as well. All the staff was lovely and couldn’t believe more helpful, nothing was a problem if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: The only slight problem we had was the shower was a bit hard to turn on as I had to do it for my partner every time but that was the only thing.
