Liked: structure very clean and modern, position perfect to mouve around city, little bit away from busy areas, so better and quite, excellent breakfast. staff very open to help with any informations.very close to subway station from where easy to go everywhere
Disliked: everything perfect, no complains.

Liked: I liked the interior of the hotel and the location, of course. The breakfast was very tasty.

Liked: Location, room and especially the staff. Walking distance to everything and staff were more than happy to help with any enquiries.
Disliked: Breackfast was a little disappointing but not enough to take away from the overall enjoyment of the property.

Liked: The location is very central.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned to my satisfaction regularly (sheets were dirty, I didn’t receive fresh glassware daily). I would have expected this for the high price. The water was turned off for several hours one night, no reason was given for this. I booked with breakfast but no cappuccino was available (only for an extra charge) and the selection (again for the price) was minimal. You are paying for the location.

Liked: Fantastic location, really central if you are looking to visit the popular tourist sites. The hotel was very clean, and my room was very quiet, didn't hear any noise. Staff were very helpful.

Liked: I requested in an email to get the room at 12 noon and it passed perfectly and ready. A great hotel that my husband and I will stay 3 times a year when we come to Copenhagen. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Clean and absolutely fantastic location. I will use this hotel again.
