We love Philly, but will...

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: The staff was not helpful. The housekeepers never restocked our coffee in the room. We were told by the girl at the front desk, that we had to come down to desk to get coffee, because “she was all by herself”. When we went to the front desk, she did not have any coffee to give us. Finally, she sent housekeeping to give us coffee. Nobody held doors or said hello when approached. The staff did not want to help when asked or even smile. They should train their people to be kind. We have stayed in Philly several times, and we will choose a different hotel next time we visit.
