Disliked: Our travel plans changed due to day/time changes while traveling from Asia. We discovered that the reservation had been made for the wrong night (we were to arrive at 1am...causing confusion on your reservation website) when the error was discovered I attempted to call the hotels local number and could not get through to a person for 3-4 calls. When I finally got through your reservation clerk said that there was nothing he could do to assist.No refund even when reservation was cancelled with over 24 hours notice.

Great for any short layover

Liked: Easy access to airport. If you go, don’t wait for the shuttle, you can walk there from the second floor of Gate B area. The shuttle took 1/2 to arrive, it was just a 3 minute walk.
Disliked: Had no issues
