Good
Liked: Great location! Lovely, old building that used to be a convent. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The rooms were old and dark. Our beds were two twins that were put next to each other but they did not align well. Not the best sleeping experience.

Thanks to all the staff!
Liked: The staff is incredible. They took care of my car moving it closer to the hotel, brought my bags inside, offered free drinks every evening. I felt at home
Disliked: The carpet in the room wasn’t the cleanest. I guess it’s not the staff’s fault but the owners don’t want to pay to change it.

Friendly staff, good location, some...
Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is good. The public areas were lovely and the terrace looked like it would be very pleasant, but it was too cold for us to be outside. Breakfast was delicious as well.
Disliked: While the public spaces are very nice, our room (428) was quite dated, with old style furniture and scuff marks on the walls. The outlet for the water kettle was very awkwardly located and it wasn't worth the effort to move things around to plug it in. We were disappointed; I wouldn't call our room a 4 star hotel room. At least the bed was comfortable.

Terrible customer service.
Liked: The stay was okay.
Disliked: I booked a room for my mother. Her trip dates changed so I asked to changed dates. The property did not respond. I contacted Booking Customer Support, they contacted the property and got no response so advised me to write to them. I did. They told me to contact Booking Customer Support. I told them I had and that they were waiting for an answer.4In the end, to ensure my mother would have a place to sleep, I booked another room for the correct dates on the day of the reservation. In the end they accepted my date change, so now I had two reservations in the same name, for the same date... And got charged for both!When I contacted Booking to get my money back, the property refused to refund me the unused reservation. Therefore I would advise to avoid.
