Pleasant

Liked: Loved the pools and sun deck areas. Golf course was packed out with a major booking so no tees available until later in the day which was a shame.
Disliked: Breakfast was included in our rate, however we got billed for basically all of our breakfast at the "assigned breakfast restaurant". We had 2*eggs on avacado & toast, plus two muffins for the kids, coffee and waters - Bill came to USD 100! Crazy.

Liked: Spacious! Great amenities.
Disliked: I did not like how late my room was given to me and I had to keep asking for them to get it ready. The room was for 4 people yet there are only two complementary bottles of water. We called for more and they charged $7 for each water without telling us why. We asked for a late check out and the guy in the front desk said he could not do it with bad attitude. We mentioned how some if our friends were getting until 4 pm and he agree to leave us until 1 with no grace but with dislike.

Hidden costs

Liked: The Birdies Cafe was amazing. Their staff were great people and the food was always of the highest standard.
Disliked: Althought his was a very beautiful place there were unfortunately hidden costs! Booking.com price was $1045 and when we received our final bill it was $800 more than that! There were a lot of hidden charges that were not apparent immediately. A room Levy and tax on top of the room rate. Booking.com should make people aware of the actual cost. This has never happened to me before so you can imagine my horror when I received the final bill. Not impressed.
