Liked: The location in the centre of the old town.
Disliked: The room overlooks a pedestrian walkway and can be very noisy. No air conditioning or waste paper bin. The pillows, pillow cases, sheets, towels, were all below standard. Both the bathroom door and shower guard squeaked .. loudly.

Amazing Staff

Liked: The stay in the hotel was lovely. The aesthetics were amazing: beautiful design and sustainable practises. The staff were amazing and allowed an extended checkout for a reasonable fee. They also honoured our request to have a quieter room which was much appreciated. Umbrellas were provided for the wet weather. The atmosphere in the hotel was really good. The location was perfect and we walked to most of the places.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better given the amount we paid. There were a variety of options for dairy requirements which was good. The biggest let down was the utensils used to handle vegetarian, cheese and meat products were shared. This didn’t seem like a hygienic practise and really spoilt the breakfast experience. What I saw was the same utensil being used to serve meat and cheese :-( It is best practice to have one utensil per tray.

B&B or Hotel

Liked: Staff were pleasant
Disliked: Small room, very little storage, no drawers. This is a b&b not a hotel. No Bar, restaurant or even cafe. Not very central. While food in breakfast buffet was good the place was too small for the numbers of guests trying to select food and badly laid out. What was supposed to be a de luxe double room was barely adequate. I expected much more for €230 per night. Certainly didn't match the description on website.

Liked: The hotel is really close to the center, approximately 15min by walking. The room was really clean also very comfortable. The stuff was really kind and helpful, they let us leave our luggage after we checked out. It was easy to go to the hotel from airport which took 15min by taxi.
