Liked: Location is very good, about 5 minutes walk from major sites like Catherdral or Alcazár palace. Room is within the historic building, spacious and clean. WC is big and clean. Plenty of electric sockets. WiFi is present. Bed is cosy. Breakfast is very good. Reception works properly, Ruben was especially helpful.
Disliked: Small minus: only one chair in the room and no kettle/tea pot/cups to make drinks in the evening.Small remark: space allows to place bidet in the toilet, which is missing. And we did not find the toilet brush.

Liked: Location of hotel was fabulous - bang in the middle of town. And still, one can hear a pin drop, so quiet is the hotel. Fantastic staff personnel - very friendly and helpful. When we needed a taxi to go to the train station and airport, we only waited for a couple of minutes. Looking forward for a return.
