Liked: Clean, good location, staff friendly, overall a nice place to stay.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable - it seemed as though it was on wheels as it moved and creaked when you move. It may also be a good idea to have signs asking guests not to slam doors/gather and talk loudly in the hallways as you can hear everything.

Disliked: The room is decent and basic. We didn't have hot water for a whole day.

Lovely stay at the Petit...

Liked: Great location. VERY clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Great to have the bidet.we like the comforter on the bed Nice to have the breakfast included and in the hotel lobby. Fabulous to have the elevator, especially considering our heavy suitcases and aging knees. The personnel were outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. I loved the purple hard candy they gave us upon checkout (I wish I could find more of those candies).
Disliked: The room was very small. Only enough room to open one suitcase. The bed could've been more comfortable. I wish we could've stayed at the Petit Palace longer
