Disliked: Rooms are small but worth the price

Horrible stinky hotel, very well...

Disliked: It smells disgusting since the moment you enter, it’s dirty, very badly kept, wall paper is torn all over, floors are dirty and broken. Rooms are decent and sheets are clean, though bathrooms are really old and with missing doors.Conclusion: very poorly kept, needs an urgent renovation and air freshener.

The room smelled like old...

Disliked: Stale smell of sweet coffee in the lobby, in our first room. Old facilities, bathroom door doesn’t shut properly, needs a renovation.

Great staff, comfortable rooms.

Liked: We were upgraded to a very large suite to accomodate our baby. Breakfast was great! Reception staff too!
Disliked: There may have been bed bugs on our coach (I definitely had bites), but luckily we did not carry with us home.

Comfy rooms, dirty and ugly...

Liked: Beds were comfy. Big bathrooms, well equipped. Room service was also good.
Disliked: Reception was awful. Dirty and bad taste. There was also a very bad smell when you entered the hotel. It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it seemed like a 3 star

A good position for exploring...

Liked: The hotel is a little more run down since i last visited 10 years ago, but the rooms are comfortable and the towels still have the "This is a towel" printed on them which is a wonderful touch.
Disliked: The staff had checked the breakfast box on my check in card as my company do not usually book breakfast for me. I thought this had been given as a freebie. While the breakfast looked good, i had a coffee and a slice of toast and was charged the full amount. My fault on that one.
