Disappointing Experience – Not Worth...

Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the 4-Star RatingWe recently stayed at this hotel and were quite disappointed with our experience. While the location is excellent, the state of the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms, lobby, elevators, and common spaces are all very old and outdated. In particular, the bathroom ceiling in our room was wet and peeling, which was very off-putting. Overall, the hotel feels more like a 3-star establishment rather than the 4 stars it claims. Despite the great location, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless some serious renovations are undertaken.
