Fab location, facilities and breakfast!

Liked: Great location, Inside room quiet so was able to keep window open overnight.
Disliked: Air con didn’t work so room was a bit stuffy.

This is not a 4-star...

Liked: Only breakfast was good.
Disliked: Didn't clean or change towels. I had to ask them, even if I put a note on the door. There is no place to put luggage. No coffee machine.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was so polite and very helpful , the location and security of the Hotel was good too .
Disliked: Old property No Ac nor cooler . The design of the room is old and the decoration hasn’t been changed for many years many scratches on the wall . Room sheets wasn’t that clean tbh .

Would have been nicer

Liked: Location and cleanliness - excellent and the only great things about this hotel.
Disliked: No kettle in the room as advertisedAC not working - room got too hot during the night in November. AC access panel in bathroom was also found open.Triple rooms - avoid it. Highly uncomfortable with beams too low and no outside view (just skylight)
