Liked: The location of the hotel was unbeatable as it was walking distance to most of the CIUTAT VELLA. The hotel also offered one of the YUMMIEST breakfast we had this visit in Europe. The staff were also very professional and friendly especially at the front desk.
Disliked: There really wasn't much we didn't like..

Overpriced

Liked: The staff was polite and responsive, especially Raul, who was exceptionally professional and attentive
Disliked: I have extensive travel experience, and I found the cost to be quite high compared to the quality of the establishment. The pictures provided were somewhat deceiving, as the actual experience did not fully align with the advertised images. There was also a lack of soundproofing, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast items, particularly the fried eggs, were not consistently fresh after 8:30 AM. Additionally, many of the plates were worn and chipped, which affected the overall dining experience.

Liked: Great location. Staff friendly and breakfast facilities were great. Rooms were very tidy and clean with nice bathroom. Coffee available downstairs.
Disliked: Wifi sometimes cut out, but nothing to bother us.
