Liked: Very central. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice terrace on roof.
Disliked: The mattress tended to slide down the bed; a bit of a design flaw! The WiFi kept dropping out on my phone (but was okay on my husbands).

Fab hotel in a perfect...

Liked: We booked this hotel based on Booking.com reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff really friendly. I would particularly like to thank Maria and her colleagues for their kind assistance when our driver to the airport didn't turn up on time - due to roadworks and him not being familiar with the hotel location he was 30 mins late, but Maria, v. kindly telephoned and spoke on our behalf to give very clear instructions on how to reach us.
Disliked: I've rated the hotel 9/10 only because it didn't have a bar, but that's my fault for not checking and, at the end of the day, it wasn't that important (there's a lovely cocktail bar and other eateries/bars at the end of the road), and the lift near us was a bit squeaky which we could hear in the morning. Also, although the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant area isn't huge so just ensure you choose a not so busy time for breakfast. That said, we only had to wait 10 mins for a table, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel because of its location, comfy rooms and great staff.

Great location but some simple...

Liked: Location, location,location. The breakfast was also very very good - the food was plentiful and varied. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable
Disliked: the facilities provided. Teabags were not replaced on a daily basis. Our room had no kettle but we got one when we asked reception. Toileteries were erratic and not replaced. For example we only had a packet of tissues on the first day. On our last we were given a shower cap. Very erratic.
