Excellent location.

Liked: Great location, clean smart room. Good shower and comfortable beds. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with good choice of options.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very central. Clean. Great interiors. Amazing staff! Comfy beds/pillows. Disguise room and great shower.
Disliked: Arenal st is quite central so it can be very loud even with the double glazed windows. So if you are extremely sensitive to noise at night you might feel a little disturbed if your room faces the street.

I will stay elsewhere next...

Liked: Good location, super quiet rooms despite busy street outside.
Disliked: Maybe I was unlucky with my room, but there was a smell of sewerage from the bathroom the whole time. 2nd night was bad enough to interrupt my sleep.

Liked: Placement is very good, Comfortable room. Very clean. Great breakfast. Beautiful view from the small balcony.
Disliked: It is very noisy outside at night, so we had to sleep with the window closed. Because of this, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioner only worked for heating, so we did not turn it on. It would be nice if there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room, or at least somewhere in the dining room or near the reception. There is no outlet near one of the beds.

Liked: Staffs were helpful and room were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was pretty good for the value.
Disliked: Lobby was bit small so people had to wait to get service if busy.
