Liked: location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, good double glazing, adequate buffet breakfast. Helpful receptionists.
Disliked: Obsolete lifts! Slow, small, cramped. Certainly need a complete overhaul. Rooms are overheated, and the room temperature controls do not work at all----I asked at the reception.

Disliked: 2 single beds (would expect a large single for solo). I was in room 211, a bit humid.Breakfast room on 5th floor was chilled in the morning, only open from 7.30 (7am would be better for workers...).
