Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Rooms were too hot because the A/C is centralised. Rooms could also be cleaned a little better.

Pleasant

Liked: Great location and breakfast.
Disliked: Room was very small and hot as temperature was set at 22°C. Had to open windows to cool room but then outside noise was very loud.

excellent hotel choice in MAD

Liked: the location was the best. i liked the triple room configuration. room was specious and the shower was excellent. breakfast options were very tasty and diverse.
Disliked: small elevators as this is an old landmark building.
