Liked: We visit the Petersham frequently, for family reasons, and are always beautifully looked after. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is beautiful. We only eat there occasionally but the food is good and the staff are charming.

Liked: After a mix up (a fault at my end) the Front Office Manager 'Elena' stepped in and showed exemplary customer service. We have stayed at the Petersham on 3 previous occasions. We have tried other hotels in Richmond in the past but The Petersham is outstanding. Charming location with stunning views, easy parking and central London is easily accessible. I have recommended it to so many family and friends.
Disliked: Our first room (a standard) had a shower over the bath. This was not easy to step in to as the side of the bath was high and when stepping out on to the floor .... slippery. Especially difficult if you are in your senior years. A few hand rails may help.

Liked: Lovely location and hotel with car parking.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike other than being asked to provide a service charge on top of the room cost when checking out.Other than a base to sleep we didn’t use any of the hotel services or facilities.
