Great place to stay when...

Liked: This is one of three places my organisation will put us in Tenterfield and it is great. You have the shops right across the road, petrol station right next door to top up before you leave town, and basically you only need your car to get to or from Tenterfield if you stay here as everything else is walkable (<5km).
Disliked: There was absolutely no WiFi. The network is discoverable and can be connected to, but no data can be sent or received over it. It's not a matter of paying for it, according to the manager it just doesn't work so if you are travelling for work (or otherwise will need to connect a computer to internet) bring your own source of internet.

Overnight in Tenterfield

Liked: I liked the little extras the room had. Desk, table, plates , tissues, etc. The bathroom was old but laid out well and is strong and functional. .
