Liked: The staff were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful, I couldn't get my key to work and the young lady was very happy to come show me how to do it.
Disliked: The store did not open until 9 or 10 am, one of the reasons I chose this location was because it had a story / restaurant attached where I should have been able to buy a coffee with creamer (I don't like the powered stuff they offer in the room), I had to leave the hotel to go to Tim Horton's for a coffee when all I wanted to do was relax with a coffee in my room.

Liked: That is was close to where we had to work lots of little store and pharmacy dollorama and they have washing machine to do laundry or you pay a small nut reasonable price and they do it for you
Disliked: No room service from the little pizza place they have in the lobby store
