I would recommend this place.

Liked: Location, felt safe. Staff was respectful
Disliked: You can clearly hear next doors guests. No noise reduction. It was difficult to fall asleep. No muffin in coffee area as we were told. Coffee was cold the first morning, second morning hot coffee.

Liked: Location is great, walking distance from beach and from a lot of things. Staff super friendly and helpful. The room is huge and we really liked the quietness of it. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: The location in south beach is quite good, you can walk everywhere by foot. It was quiet, due to its closeness to residential areas. It was clean and room service as well as personnel in the reception area were friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful.
Disliked: Our room had definitely seen better days. The bathroom really needed an update, the shower head was close to falling off and broken in some way already. We made it work though.

Liked: The staff were great. They were very helpful in any case (even when we asked for the whole lemon - they gave it to us :)). The pool was a really nice addition for the evening activities of our family! The room was perfectly prepared for us with a personal note. Thank you for that!
Disliked: The AC was a little bit too loud and my parents received a room with no view, unfortunately.
