I had a wonderful time...

Liked: Excellent location!!I had a very large quietroom, which I loved. Caring staff: Rita, Joanna, Ana Catarina and Stephanie.Loved the spice theme; my floor was cinnamon, my favorite spice.
Disliked: I did not like the coffee.I ordered coffee from the attachedcoffeeshop next-door; Joanna made for me.

A very enjoyable stay

Liked: As with any holiday especially for us the first time in Porto it's the members of staff that change a hotel from good to excellent, you have some amazing talent who we interfaced with notably Jorge/Luis/Traso/Jay/Malfalda and Ines.In the 4 days we were there we didn't see any senior management. The hotels location was excellent with a selection of quality restaurants nearby.
Disliked: On a couple of mornings service was slow due not enough staff.
