Disliked: When I asked for a fried egg they refused to do it because they don’t have a stove , however we had it that week fried eggs and boiled eggs previously, so I can’t understand how can they make them without a stove . Also it’s quite far from the centre or the attractions but good thing is there’s free shuttle ❤️

Liked: Lovely queen double room, although on the description it said one kingsize bed, but we were happy to have 2 as the room I guess was bigger anyway!
Disliked: You can’t take breakfast to your room, and there wasn’t any fresh fruit at the buffet, or alternative milk, but apart from that it was really nice!

Clean budget hotel close to...

Liked: It’s a clean property close proximity to the Disney parks. This is my second time staying at this location before Pestana took over Comfort Suites.
Disliked: Upon arriving at the front desk I think that the check in took longer than usual. I have stayed at this property before but he covered a lot of unnecessary things about the stay. I had forgotten an item from my toiletries and I was surprised they charged $5 for a small toothpaste. Usually hotels provide these items at no cost. The breakfast was disgusting for $12. Considering you can walk in at any time there was not a front desk attendant at the counter every time. I think the security needs to be increased or after certain hours you need a key card to enter the property.
