Good

Liked: Staff were very friendly
Disliked: The subway runs underneath the building, so you can hear them running all day and night. The sink and shower had some water damage.

Our stay was a complete...

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL
Disliked: Our stay was a complete disappointment: moreover, we felt embarrassed to our friends who joined us in this trip. Everything at the hotel was very inadequate. The room had a large kitchen but no wardrobe, and the bathroom was so small that two people couldn't fit inside. The staff were very unhappy, stressed, housekeeping was extremely insufficient, there wasn’t even bottled water provided in the room, and the lounge was shameful (there was a water dispenser but no cups(!). The elevators kept us waiting for half an hour everytime… These are just the first things that come to mind. It was a terrible experience.
