This would be a 2...

Liked: The room does not look at all like the pictures on internet. It is much smaller, and you have to ask extra for robes and slippers. The shower’s drain was clogged and it didn’t look nice nor clean. There’s no breakfast, even if you would like to pay for it. The staff was nice and helpful. The only great thing about this hotel is the location, and I believe that’s the only thing we were paying for.

Liked: I’ve stayed in New York many times for work and I keep coming back to Pestaña CR7 Time Square. It’s comfortable, central but quiet, super comfy beds, good gym and the staff are excellent.
