Pestana Hotels and world-renowned footballer Cristiano Ronaldo's partnership resulted in the 4-star Pestana CR7 Lisboa located in a traditional Lisbon building which was fully renovated. Located in the historic center it is a 2-minute walk from Commerce Square. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Pestana CR7 has an Art Deco-style design and features double rooms with a modern bathroom a large flat-screen TV air conditioning a mini-bar a wardrobe and a safe. The on-site CR7 CORNER Bar&Bistro has an innovative cocktail selection which were prepared by expert mixologists and can be enjoyed with ambiance music. Liked: 1) Location, 2) it's size....not too big.
Disliked: a little more light in my room. a dark corner where the luggage rack was...

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Location was excellent -close to BAIXA Metro Station ( 500 Metres away )and ROSSIO SQUARE ( 1 Km away ) and Praco Do Comercio ( 200 Metres away )!!! Plenty of eating joints - restaurants , pubs , cafes , bars etc in the vicinity ( 100 metres away ) !!! Hotel had a big bar with variety of drinks and pub food too !!! Breakfast was very good and lots of variety !!! Bed was comfortable !!! Shower facilities were good !!! Hot water in wash basin & Shower was available in seconds - very good !!!
Disliked: Staff was not helpful or responsive or informative or cooperative -- you expect a better staff attitude in a 4 star hotel at 4 star prices !!! Staff not ready to provide any clear tourist information / road directions /transport connections !!! Staff at the HOTEL BAR were helpful and cooperative , though !!!Toiletries provided were very basic !!! Half of the room was in darkness - there were no lights in the ceiling over half the room !!! Room size was below average for a 4 star hotel !!!The writing desk was very narrow and small and cramped !!! The chair for the desk was very low and non adjustable and uncomfortable !!! FREE WIFI provided by hotel did not require any password and every time I logged into the internet , I would get a SECURITY ALERT on my NORTON ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE that someone was attempting to hack into my laptop !!! It was very scary scenario !!! When I complained to staff , they responded that they could not do anything !!! Another problem was -- UBER drivers do not stop in front of the hotel , but some 50 metres away !!! Hotel rates were high and hence I would say it definitely was " NOT VALUE FOR MONEY " !!!

Liked: Service was exceptional.From our arrival and request during our stay, staff was very accommodating.Even their trainee, Sofia, was very professional and was very hospitable throughout our stay.Location was perfect too. It was walking distance to the musuem, plaza, and other tourist site.Will definitely recommend and will come back again on our next trip to Lisbon.
