Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience at Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid was disappointing. We stayed there to celebrate two very special occasions—my 30th birthday and our engagement—but the hotel made no effort to acknowledge or celebrate either, even though they were informed in advance.The room itself was very small and not cleaned properly during our stay. On some days, housekeeping didn’t even replace the towels, which is a basic expectation at any hotel.To make things worse, on the day of our departure, we asked the front desk to order a taxi to the airport. They assured us it had been arranged, but when the time came, we waited for 30 minutes with no taxi in sight. The staff kept telling us it would arrive in “2–3 minutes,” but it never did—so we ended up ordering an Uber ourselves.Overall, we expected a much higher level of service, especially given the brand and the occasion. Sadly, this hotel fell short in many areas.

Liked: Amazing experience in this beautiful hotel. The location is just the best. The staff are amazing. I was very impressed especially by the gentleman who checked us out. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he helped us get our luggage to the taxi down at such an early time of the night and made sure we are all settled. Please send him our regards. The facilities were great and cleaning service was always spot on.I will definitely come back; really at the image of the CR7 brand. Thank you!
