Great location, nice facilities, a...

Liked: the hotel is in a great location, everything you want to see in Madrid is in a walkable distance. the rooftop and sports bar are very nice options in the hotel also
Disliked: When booking I selected a room with a double bed, however the one I was given had two singles, when I raised this with reception they tried to find a room with a double I could swap to, however none were available so upgrading was the only choice, I was hoping they would cover the upgrade since the error was on their end, but unfortunately I got stuck paying for the upgrade, which is not acceptable in my opinion

Liked: Perfect location, everything is nearby Very nice helpful staffRoom small but the layout makes it seem spacious
Disliked: Road closure on our way to the airport made it quite difficult for the taxi to pick us up but worked out in the end Elevators a bit slow
