Liked: The staff ,especially at the reception , were friendly , welcoming and helpful in all aspects . Rooms are specious , large and comfortable compared to rooms at other hotels but it need refurbishments and a touch of luxury to the welcome tray , amenities...etc . The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the surroundings .Restaurant and breakfast need to be upgraded with more choices

Disliked: Paying £37.90 for parking from 10-24 hours is very appalling! . The more days you stay, the more money you pay.

Great hotel but rooms need...

Liked: We started in one room the tv didn't work or the air conditioning unit so was very hot so we changed rooms was better but I didn't sleep the bed felt rock hard so the second night they moved us again to the king suite I think It was that was an amazing room big bed sleeped better in the end wasn't great having to pack everything up 3 times but was worth it in the end swimming pool was great but needed a clean.
