Disliked: I liked everything only the pool looks a bit smaller in person, nothing bad just naught be different than expected

This hotel is a joke

Disliked: From every beginning of hotel staff was telling us that we GOT LUCKY today and won free sauna usage, however sauna was closed that day. Hotel is old and everything is broken, only paid tv, no bath in the room as in photos

Disliked: Problem was in bed, there is 2 beds pushed together not 1, and thats not compfy at all. Even 2 duvets not 1 like for king size bed which was advertised.

Nice hotel in Berlin for...

Liked: The room, comfortable bed, the tea kettle with complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee, safe, the breakfast, daily cleaning, location close to the ICEF Berlin venue
Disliked: Not a lot of restaurants and no supermarkets nearby, WiFi sometimes didn’t work (late at night however, but I had to read/answer work e-mails)

Disliked: The pool was closed - we were not informed until after we had made our booking. It was also a bit further away from U and S Hahn stations than ideal.
