I changed hotels & was...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent as were the vivacious breakfast staff
Disliked: Very dirty , my room smelled of thé gréât unwashed hordes . It was AWFUL , as the receptionist pointed out that’s just my opinion , other guests love it .

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: I have the impression that my room was not hoovered throughout my stay. Otherwise, the bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean.
