Liked: After hour check in was easy to understand
Disliked: Wasn't sure to park the car was unaware of car oark

Disappointing Stay

Liked: Pros: - Quiet room (can't really hear outside noise).- Friendly Receptionists (even though I did not interact with them).- Able to iron my clothings.- Enough Toilet papers.- 24/7 Kitchen.- Quite stable bed.
Disliked: Cons: - No windows (Felt like living in prison).- Need to change ones bed sheet.- Double Room is extremely small.- Quite stuffy.- No closet or TV or mini fridge.- Not enough toilet/shower.- Cleaning staff can be better (closed the whole place - should allow customers to bathe after cleaning the particular toilet).- Inconsiderate travelers that treat it as party hostel. Always noise.- Kitchen is small (should open up the tables for different groups as one group take up all the tables - it's for everyone, not just one group).- No security (drunk people trying to take my mom's phone and doing pda in the kitchen - no one stop them).

Bad

Disliked: One of the blonde hair receptionists was so rude that he did not help me to find out the space to park my scooters when I asked him. The last time I complained about someone’s broke my scooter to him but he told me that my responsibility because I parked next to the door. That’s why I asked where I should park it, but they didn’t give me and answer. Also, the space was used as a luggage for guests so it messed up and I have no space and ended up making space by myself. That’s so annoying, and they have to put luggage in storage room like other hostel.One of the guys in my room brought a women and had sex at 5am, and made me awake.

Wouldn’t recommend

Liked: Location was good, beds weren’t the worst, comfy pillows.
Disliked: Lockers were absolutely tiny would be lucky to fit a handbag so rooms were very cluttered. Blind was also broken so the room was v dark all the time. Only 2 working washers/ dryers for the whole hostel which wasn’t enough.I was in the room on the ground floor so right between the kitchen/common area and the outside area which meant it was quite noisy.Wasn’t very secure, front door is just a code which obviously doesn’t change between guests. On my first night someone that had previously stayed in my room came back to get a jacket and was able to just walk right into the room. On my second day they had replaced the bunk bed without letting me know beforehand so all of stuff was moved around by staff. I also had to go ask if they had a bag of my stuff that they’d taken from the room bc “they didn’t know who it belonged to” despite it being right next to the rest of my stuff.Twice in my first few days my food was taken out of the fridge and left sitting out (despite being labelled) and on the second occasion everything was really warm so had to be binned. I spoke to the staff about it and they said they would check the cameras and come back to me and I never heard anything else about it.

Liked: Mattress was cramped at middle area. The mattress was replaced on request.
Disliked: Limited breakfast items and small kitchen.
