Liked: Receptionist or front counter staff are very good and deserve an 8 - 9 rating. Hotel amenities and quality of room is probably closer to a 6 - 7, which is reflected in the price of the hotel. Great if you just need a place to sleep at night.
Disliked: Initial room provided had a broken air conditioning unit - was quite loud and unpleasant. Was relocated to a new room upon request. Was offered no assistance when checking in with several bags or when I had to move rooms.

It was a fantastic stay....

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Valet parking and concierge service was so easy and convenient. There was nothing I was unhappy with. We will stay there regularly now, when we are in Adelaide

Liked: Pool was down for repairs bad timing but that was the main reason I booked here

Liked: Beds were super comfy, rooms were beautifully appointed with lux-feeling bathrooms and the breakfast was sensational.
