Top notch hotel, will return.

Liked: Last minute booking and was one minute short from room service cut off, but they went out of their way to make us a great meal and cheese board. The kitchen made a great breakfast and we will be back. The bar looks amazing and has top notch facilities.
Disliked: But exy, but justified with its amazing service and facilities.

Disliked: I was initially given a back room when I had booked one of the silo room with river view. It took a while for staff to understand I was not asking for an upgrade but for the room I had booked and paid for! Eventually, they got us the room we had asked for and from then on, all was perfect!

Blissfully wonderful

Liked: This hotel was well above our expectations , the l9cation was great as it was a short walk to a small marina where the boat tours start from and a few restaurants as well. Walking track outside the door and even a ,playground for kids. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food and service at the hotel restaurant was amazing, money well spent. You could have breakfast at the restaurant or have a casual or take away one at the Cafe.
Disliked: There is a charge to park undercover.
