Liked: The food was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was great.
Disliked: The general cleanliness of the property was poor and the staff at reception were very unhelpful about what was available to do in Launceston to the point where they said there were no walking tours and didn't know where Cataract Gorge was located. I had to google it and tell them!!!!

Exceptional and relaxing

Liked: Peppers Silo is my number one stay in Launceston. Consistently great service, very comfortable and private rooms and the kitchen provides espectacular culinary delights, even as room service if you just want to chill in the luxury of the room. But what really makes it is the staff. Very professional and always welcoming and accommodating. And lets not forget Archie, the real boss of the place, the black labrador that is always in the background "making sure".
