Great location for a relaxing...

Liked: The location is great for a peaceful break. The beach is beautiful and there are good places to eat and buy snacks nearby. Hotel facilities appear well maintained. Ours was a dual access room for 4 people. The larger part of the room was very well presented and mostly clean. The smaller room was unfortunately not the same standard as the larger room.
Disliked: The smaller room had a bad smell from the air conditioner. I guess it needs more regular maintenance or cleaning. I reported this to the reception when I checked out.

Not happy with the accommodation.

Liked: Location is excellent. Parking is free.
Disliked: The staff are not welcoming. The room is ok, the furniture outdated. We booked two rooms apartment. The second room is not connected. The door between rooms cannot remain open for us to move from one room to the other. The doors are heavy and there is no stopper to use. Not ideal for young families with small children. I will try another accommodation, there are plenty over the Kingscliff.
