Disappointing

Liked: Poor check in experience. Restaurant not available and not pre communicated. Unit average and not having streaming services not okay. Buffet breakfast very average compared to RACV Cape Schank. Would not recommend

Good

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and beds really comfy. Loved the shower lotions
Disliked: Bar staff and breakfast staff not friendly and seems as if it's their first day on the job, it felt as if they didn't want to be there and didn't care about their job or the guests.Air conditioners are abit dodgy The breakfast juice, pastries, desserts were few and far between refilled.

Accomodation and facilities great but...

Liked: The room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. The driving range was easily accessible and good value
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor for $35 per head with only packaged cereal, only scrambled eggs no other type of eggs and coffee quite bitter which you needed to do yourself - staff not that helpful and kept wanting to our plates before we had finished. The food in bistro was not quality and not cheap.

Disappointing stay . Not worth...

Disliked: The rooms were tied and run down . We had to leave a $50 per room change if there was anything used or taken . The room didn’t even have a bottle of water in the fridge . There was nothing to take. Cleaners were knocking on my door to see if we had vacated at 9.50am . Checkout was a 10am. Went to the clubhouse at 10am told breakfast was finished. Cafe had no bread to even make us a toasted sandwich.
