Disliked: Honestly the only ting I could say is the elevators were to small

Disliked: Room service. We waiting an hour and a half for our food. The kitchen never received my order due to their new system.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs. Had a skywalk to the Peoria civic center so we didn’t have to walk outside in the cold. The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The rooms are very small. The pool was hard to find due to no signs. The restaurant was way over priced and didn’t offer a kids option.

Liked: I loved the fact that the hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming on the eye. That is a big stickler for me. It was located downtown near restaurants and bars. The rooms were nice sized and clean.
Disliked: I don’t like the parking fee. Parking should be free.

Our night in Peoria was...

Liked: The location worked well for us because we could walk to the places we wanted to see. It was easy to find and looked beautiful from the outside. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The website stated hot tub and robes complementary. When we arrived to sit in the hot tub, it was broken and there were no complementary robes so I used towels to cover up. We didn't sleep well because the street noise and noises from people watching movies next door were disturbing. The heat in the room could not be regulated because the fan was blowing hot or cold air no matter how it was adjusted. When we checked out and told them about the hot tub and robes they said they would try to adjust our bill. Breakfast would have been so expensive that we went to IHOP for 1/3 the price.

Disliked: My Room did not match the description on the website. I wanted a King Bed, but got a 2 double beds instead. I didn’t complain. And it was fine. But not what though. Website said “this unit has one bed”
